Members - It's Awards Time for 2022
If you and your dog earned at least one title in 2022, and you've earned at least 10 work credits, then Congratulations! You are eligible to receive an award! You will need to return your 2022 Title Award Form to Sally Boeke before Feburary 20
If got your 10 work credits but didn't earn any titles, you are eligible for a 2022 Volunteer award. Return this form to Sally Boeke before February 20, also.
Even if you're not getting an award this year, you should still fill out the Sally Compton Award form and the Rookie of the Year form.

You can also check the calendar or events pages, and then contact the appropriate committee chair.

Remember, every time you volunteer, you earn work credits toward awards and membership discounts. Thank you for your help.
Class Signup
Our policies continue to evolve, based on feedback from our guests and members, and instructions from CDC, WHO and the governor. Although we are back to full capacity, and drop-in trainers are welcome, you can reserve a timeslot for practice and run-thru classes. Trainers who have reserved a slot online will have priority over drop-in trainers.

COVID-19 Policy as of March, 2022
FVDTC’s COVID policy has been to closely adhere to the guidelines from the CDC, the Governor, and the Kane County Health Department. Per the CDC, Kane County is now at a low level of risk for COVID-19 transmission, so the newest update to our policy is:
- If you have tested positive for COVID-19, do not come to training for 10 days
- We prefer that you stay home if you have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, but — at a minimum — wear a mask while at training
- All others are free to choose whether to wear a mask, based on your vaccination status, personal level of risk, and your comfort level.
As always, FVDTC is dedicated to the safety and well-being of our members and guests while we interact with our dogs and each other. Please, consider “the other guy” when making attendance and masking decisions.
FVDTC offers a complete range of classes including Puppy, Conformation, Rally, and all levels of Obedience. Many of our members are also involved in Agility, Tracking, Water Rescue Dog, Herding Training, and Therapy Dog work. We are enthusiastic about helping those interested in these various canine activities. FVDTC welcomes mixed breed dogs into our training program. Both Mixed breeds and Purebreds can earn titles through AKC and UKC registries, as well as qualify for club awards.
