Q When does the next beginner's class begin?
When does the next puppy class begin?
A Check the calendar for the complete schedule of classes, correction clinics and trials. Generally, classes meet on Thursdays at the Kane County Fairgrounds from 7:00pm to 10:00pm. Classes are occasionally changed to Tuesday to avoid conflicts with other activities at the Fairgrounds, so check the calendar for complete details.

A Send an email to our class registrar at registration@fvdtc.org
Q What time are classes held?
A Puppy - 7:00 p.m.
Beginners - 7:00, 8:00 and 9:00 p.m.
Advance Beginners - 7:00 and 8:00 p.m.
Novice Ring Ready - 7:00 p.m.
Open Run-throughs - 7:00 p.m.
Open - 8:00 p.m.
Utility Run-throughs - 7:00 p.m.
Conformation - 8:00 p.m.

Q Can I bring my dog to training night to see how things work?
A Yes! We encourage you to do so!
Q Do I need to be a member to train my dog?
A Guests may participate in a drop-in class for a $8 fee, with discounts for multiple dogs.
OR
You can socialize (not participate in any classes) your dog for a $2 fee.
Q How do I get an e-mail Waggin' Tales?
A If you are a FVDTC member, send an e-mail to David Lewis at waggintales@fvdtc.org. Otherwise, check the news page.
Q What is a Drop-In Class?
A Drop-In classes do not have a start or end date. Our Drop-In classes include: Advanced Beginners, Novice Ring-Ready, Open, Utility, and Conformation. See the Classes Page for more information

A Drop-In classes meet on nights listed on the calendar as "Regular Training". They do NOT meet on nights listed as "Correction Clinic"
Q Do you offer Conformation Classes?
A Yes - it meets at 8:00pm on nights listed on the calendar as "Regular Training". They do NOT meet on nights listed as "Correction Clinic". Guests may participate for a $8 fee.
Q What is a work credit?
A A work credit is a numerical value assigned to the many jobs that must be done to keep the club functioning. "Collecting" 6 work credits is one of the requirements to being eligible for a club award - for obtaining a title.
